Thanks Ray
Re: Welcome the your NEW home!Okay, we're here but you'll have noticed the forum looks like it was coded by an infant. The dbase we rescued from the old site had all the layout and images referenced on the old server which has now been excised of all that data. Which leaves us with the basic CSS code to manage the forum. Actually re-constructing all that info on a new server is going to be a right pain in the 4ss and may take a few hours to resolve. Essentially, I now need to make an uncorrupted version of the basic site layout from a new install which will give us new image paths and references to locations on this current server. That then needs to be cloned via sql tables for this copy of the dbase and dumped into the current forum so we can recover the theme and make the place look like a proper forum. That's gonna take some time. Presently you are experiencing horrendously slow page loads and other issues as the software is looking for data on a server that no longer holds data needed to work smoothly. I didn't expect Tim to kill the old server data so quickly and genuinely though I'd have today to address this issue so you didn't suffer this. That was not the case and I now have to rebuild everything from scratch.
I am really sorry this has happened and will work flat out to restore normal service as soon as possible. Iain
