Lochgilphead FOREST DRIVE ADVENTURE MAY 1st & 2nd

Once again we are all set to give all you 4x4 enthusiasts a taste of adventure. The drive like past events will not have any special option for shiny or newer vehicles so be warned. All the routes can cause some damage without undue care so expect a few bumps n bashes. The meeting point and time is the same on both Sat / Sun try to arrive no later than 9.30 each morning. The meet point is the Forest entry just past the Lochgair Hotel coming from Inverary direction. . Cost £25.00 one day or £35.00 for both days. If anyone needs any information of any kind regarding the drive contact Ian or Bill on this site. Please ensure you have a full tank of fuel as we cover fairly long distances each day. We will stop a few times to load a few rocks at some of the more rutted sections. See you all there

A discount on the Lochgair Hotel could be on the cards if we can confirm numbers. So in order to do this can everyone wishing to stay in the Hotel drop me a line on the thread giving the accomodation details you wish to book.There are few rooms which have no en suite facilities and these can also rduce costs for those not too fussy, given the usual weather we encounter a shower or two will be available on the drive itself
