pajero needs help!

Hi everyone
can anyone help me
have a pajero 2.8 turbo lwb nreg great driving until yesterday when we lost power,a light came on looking like an engine but is not showing in
manual on display panel. checked all water and oil all fine.
any ideas what is could be before I take to garage,as I have no idea,someone said could be turbo or glow plugs .renewed glow plugs earlier this year

do you have more information on exactly wot happend and under wot conditions etc etc as your description is very vague so could be anything

was driving yesterday when light came on that looks like an engine then lost power the car has no
speed when you put foot on accellerator. when in neutral car shakes. car starts no trouble and light goes out and comes after a while.tried it this morning but still no speed when foot down on pedal

was the paj smokeing at all before all this happend or did it ever cut out before this ...any other factors you can think of leading up to it breaking down will help diagnose
