If we just put some ideas up of suitable dates (andf alternatives places too if you have any more suggestions), then we will do a Poll or something.

i might be up for some of this,if there is off roading and beer ;D, billing aquadrome is only couple hours from here, also depending on date as we have a baby due in 5 weeks

Dont worry mate, we is planning for when the weather is a bit nicer, next year Spring time 'ish.

if you are thinking of billing you should be asking them what dates they have free as i beleive they are quit busy ,get a list of dates then put them up see which is favarite just an idea .....Guy
