National Club Meet - Yes/No & Ideas????

Someon esuggested to me that its probably about time we, the Club, organised a 'mass-meet' for as many of us possible to meet up, have a larf, get drunk etc........!

What do you think?

Any ideas for the whole event would be much appreciated, including:

1. Place/Location
2. Date/When
3. Supplementary Events, ie Laning etc.
4. Entertainment
5. How long for

plus anything else you can think of.

Any one with good organisational skills would be much appreciated, and can run the meet with my support as and when required/needed.

I think a 2 day weekend would be good either with offroading or laning. Maybe central England so those from north & south can get there. )

Was thinking of around Norfolk area and probably the May Bank Holiday, that way we can have a longer weekend, say Fri or Sat until Monday if needed.

Yes i think that would be great, somewhere affordable due to the current economic climate  ;D, somewhere we could go and "play"  for a while, Anywhere would be good for us at the right price,beer freely flowing too would be nice ;)
