The time is getting ever more nearer to what promises to be a truly unforgettable day!

But, as with all things, we need to start bringing the organisation together to make this happen.

I need to compile a list of CONFIRMED DEFINATE people attending this day, just so we can be hospitable in letting Devils Pit know. (This does not mean the event is closed, you are still more than welcome to put your name down.)

All of those that are attending, please forward ME the following information as soon as possible by either PM or email:

1.  Full name & Contact telephone number for the day
2.  Email address for further information and ‘day’ badge
3.  Number of passengers (excluding driver)
4.  Make, Model & Colour of vehicle
5.  Registration of vehicle
6.  Visiting as participant (4x4) or as a spectator (‘normal’ vehicle)
7.  Emergency contact details (next of kin etc.)

Once in receipt of the above information, I will then forward you further information directly along with your 'day' badge, which you will be able to print off and display in your windscreen.

@Ant: Will be sendign them out this week sometime mate, not required to get in or anything, just something I have done for you to put in your windscreen thats all, and some may wish to keep it as a keepsake.

I have not got any detail for Pete, so perhaps you can sort this for me if you know how to get in touch with him please.
