japan tuning

Hi all just bought a new paj lwb 2.5 and have found tuning stickers on it,does that mean it has been tuned or are they just aftermarket stickers that are bought anywhere?Didn`t get much history or anything, it says tuned by Razo?????

hard to say mate does the engine look standard and new body or interior bits

No just looks standard as far as I can tell...got me puzzled prob just stickers then.
